How do I create a return?
To get started, go to your account dashboard here and in your order history dashboard you will see the "return" buttons. Clicking on one of these will start your return process.
Please note:
You must initiate a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Only unused items will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
What is my return and refund situation?
To check the status of your return and refund, find your return tracking number. This tracking number is available in your return confirmation email.
Your refund will be processed once the package has been checked by warehouse staff.
When will my refund be transferred to my account?
From the time your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your refund. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for a refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank.
How long does the exchange/return process take?
If all goes smoothly, the entire process takes about two weeks.
Requesting an exchange/return and obtaining a return shipping label is a completely do-it-yourself process, you can complete this step at your own pace. Simply contact us to start the process.
After you send an item back, it usually takes 3-7 business days for a Domestic shipment to reach us. It may take up to 7 business days for us to complete the exchange/refund process after we receive your item(s).
If you are returning an item, your refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. This process usually takes 3 to 5 business days from the date you ship the item. If you have returned an item and have not received a refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
If you are exchanging an item, you will receive confirmation of your new order as soon as you complete your exchange request and receive your return shipping label. This order will ship within 1-2 business days. There is no need to wait for your return to reach us to ship your exchange!
Please note: Only unused and undamaged items are eligible for return or exchange.
